Blue Rocket - Known for their aerial agility and rocket-like speed, the blue-winged teal is a favorite of many waterfowlers in the early season. With one of the longest migrations of any bird, the blue wing must get an early jump to make it to their wintering grounds in South America. This allows hunters to battle mosquitoes and get back into the marsh for short seasons early in the year. Hunting these sporty, small ducks can prove a challenge for even the most seasoned of shotgunners. It's for this reason these aerial acrobatic experts have rightfully earned their nickname as the Blue Rocket!
